The main responsibilities of this post are: To oversee and manage the school’s internal exclusion provision To supervise students from other schools admitted to the unit as an alternative to exclusion elsewhere To support the leadership team to improve the personal development, behavior and welfare of students You will: Contribute to the personal development and wellbeing of students Have commitment and desire to develop students as individuals Have a passion for ensuring all students achieve their potential Have leadership potential Be hardworking Show creativity and innovation Share an understanding that all members of staff have a collective responsibility to ensure that every student achieves to the best of their ability.
