Responsibilities:
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's office. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing office health and safety procedures
Coordinating fire safety drills
Supporting site security, office vendors, and service providers
Ordering office supplies and stationery
Managing office access software and upholding security procedures
Booking travel arrangements and training courses
Organising events and meetings
Assisting with administrative tasks such as formatting documents and scheduling meetings
Handling incoming calls and responding to emails
Welcoming visitors and offering refreshments
Setting up and maintaining meeting rooms
Arranging postage or couriersEssential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
Previous administrative experience required
Familiarity with office health and safety practises
Excellent attention to detail
Highly organised with the ability to work autonomously
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, SharePoint)Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
Experience in the renewable energy industry or a related fieldTechnologies:
