Due to our continuous expansion we are currently recruiting for an Business Administration Executive/Assistant at our Welwyn Garden City Head Office.
Key Responsibilities
1. CRM system administration and management
2. Analysis and reporting to head of departments and directors
3. General admin tasks within all departments
4. Support for head of departments and directors
Key Person Specifications Knowledge & Experience
5. Good IT skills, knowledge of Excel and Word software
6. Knowledge or experience with standard work routines which have involved the use of simple office equipment or machines preferably in a busy office environment.
7. Has some experience in the performance of specific tasks and activities that do not involve supervision or close liaison with others
8. Ability to manage time effectively and to prioritise workloads effectively
9. Excellent telephone skills and the ability to respond positively and effectively to staff.
