Our Opportunity

Whether you're an aspiring teacher, a student or graduate, or an experienced Teaching Assistant seeking flexibility, this role provides the opportunity to manage your own diary and work across various locations—helping to further develop and challenge your skills.
We offer day-to-day, part-time, and full-time assignments that can potentially lead to long-term or permanent placements.
Key Responsibilities
As a bank teaching assistant, your responsibilities will include supporting teaching and learning activities in classrooms, as well as outdoor activities, under the guidance of a qualified teacher. You may be involved in one-to-one sessions, small group support, or supervising lunch and break times. You will play an essential role in helping children access learning and ensuring their safety and well-being.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should demonstrate:
• A passion for working with children with special educational needs
• The ability to work with resilience, patience, empathy, and creativity
• Experience supporting children (ideal but not essential)
• A Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is preferred, though not essential
Knowledge of SEN will be an advantage, and the ability to respond to the emotional, social, and mental health needs of our students is key. You may also be required to provide personal care where necessary to ensure that each child has the support they need to succeed.
