Job Description
Reporting to the Business Director, the Regional General Manager you will have overall accountability for 3 depots; Minworth, Oldham and Port Salford. You will maximize site operational performance by providing leadership, managing customer requirements and ensuring that the strategic plan, which you will be expected to have input into, is implemented effectively.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hour week.
Key Duties of a Regional General Manager:
1. Managing the day to day activities of the multiple Warehouse and Transport operations.
2. Ensuring the smooth running of the warehouse operations including financial management, performance management and Health, Safety & Welfare.
3. Managing and developing commercial agreements with customers while ensure exceptional levels of service to customers.
4. Providing client operational and commercial development to ensure that partnerships are mutually beneficial.
