The Role:We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Client Relationship Manager to formalise, build and enhance client and supplier relationships, drive process improvements and oversee and develop key business operations.
Working closely with the Managing Director and Marketing Manager the successful Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for devising and implementing strategic initiatives that strengthen client and supplier relationships, developing and commercialising the high-quality service provided to both existing and new clients, which will lead to increased revenue and help to drive future business growth.
The Client Relationship Manager will also be responsible for identifying and implementing operational process improvements and for overseeing key administrative areas within the business.
Salary and Benefits: £35-45,000 (dependant on experience) + performance related bonus + continued professional development (with the appropriate financial support) + free on-site parking + 22 days holiday + 1 additional day for each year of service up to 25 days + bank holidays + 8% employers pension + laptop etc. This is a full-time, office-based role, but we are happy to consider flexible/hybrid working for the right person.
