We're seeking a talented and versatile HR Advisor to join our client's team. This is your chance to play a crucial role in supporting our employees and driving organisational effectiveness across their two sites.
What You'll Do:
1. Provide comprehensive HR support, from onboarding to performance management.
2. Manage monthly payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
3. Drive recruitment initiatives to attract top talent.
4. Coordinate training programs and support apprenticeship schemes.
5. Maintain HR systems and deliver critical business insights.
6. Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
You'll Thrive in This Role If You Have:
1. Previous HR generalist experience in a manufacturing setting.
2. Hands-on payroll processing experience.
3. CIPD qualification (or currently working towards it).
4. Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
5. A proactive approach and the initiative to drive projects to completion.
6. A commitment to fairness and integrity in all HR processes.
7. Excellent communication skills, able to interact effectively at all levels.
