Finance Assistant Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm (37.5 hours) Part time candidates considered Birthday off Life assurance A client of ours in the Felixstowe area are recruiting a Finance Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm (37.5 hours) and paying £24,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience. Key Duties include but are not limited to: Sales ledger responsibilities including chasing debt, monitoring credit limits and processing sales invoices. Purchase ledger responsibilities processing purchase invoices and initiating payments. Bank reconciliations. Assist with weekly payroll. Prepare weekly reports. Supervision of fuel stock, obtaining quotes and placing orders. Analyse monthly expenses.
