Henry Martin are assisting a leading client in their search for an experienced Information Manager. The successful candidate will be process-driven and have extensive knowledge of Asite, playing a key role in managing information for large-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the management of project information across various platforms, with a focus on Asite.
2. Ensure smooth flow of documentation and information management processes for all stakeholders.
3. Work closely with project teams to support document control, collaboration, and version management.
4. Monitor and enforce compliance with information management standards and protocols.
5. Provide training and guidance to team members on the use of Asite and other relevant tools.
6. Collaborate with external and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate information exchange.
Required Skills & Experience:
1. Proven experience as an Information Manager, with a focus on document control or project information management.
2. Strong working knowledge of Asite and its integration with other project management systems.
3. Experience working on large-scale construction, infrastructure, or engineering projects.
4. Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
5. Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards or other information management best practices is a plus.
6. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
