One of the key objectives of Pilgrim’s Shared Services Ltd is to replace the services currently supplied by Central Finance in various Business Units. This leads to the creation of a Fixed Asset and Leasing Assistant Accountant role, reporting to the Financial Reporting Fixed Assets Lead.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Financial Reporting Fixed Assets Lead this role will be working to assist in the delivery of financial reporting across Pilgrims Europe group. Duties will include processing of Fixed Asset and lese capitalisations monthly, dealing with stakeholder queries and providing assistance to facilitate accurate and timely reporting across the business. You will complete all processing and reporting in line with established group timetables. You will work with members of the finance team and key stakeholders across the business to ensure consistency of working and to ensure best practice is implemented and followed. This will include training and coaching of business units on policies and processes.
