We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse in Guildford to join our team on a flexible basis, providing care to children and young adults with complex needs.

As a complex care nurse, you will deliver high-quality, personalised nursing care, including medication management, wound care, and assistance with daily living activities.

Shift patterns available:
* Monday – Sunday: 08:00 – 20:00
* Monday – Sunday: 20:00 – 08:00

Responsibilities
* To provide 2-2-1 support to an young adult or child.
* Build rapport with clients and families, working within the family home to achieve individual goals.
* Commit to a regular working pattern and collaborate with Care Coordinators for effective care delivery.
* Work closely with the Nurse Manager Team to provide quality care to clients.
Requirements
* Right to work in the UK.
* Commitment to 2 regular shifts per week.
* UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
* Compassion, confidence, and a gentle caring nature.
* Clean and valid Registered Nurse pin with at least 1 year post-registration experience.
* Experience in delivering care to complex clients, preferably in the community.
