1. Managing the print requirements of individual customer accounts
2. Supporting our external sales force with print enquiries
3. Effective communication skills with customers and senior customer representatives
4. Obtaining and supplying quotes for new print jobs, processing information and organisation of job status
5. Preparing purchase orders to suppliers and following through to completion
6. Stock management
7. Implementation of new business
8. Margin management
9. Must have the ability to manage and prioritise own workload, within existing schedules and deadlines
Skills required:
* Extensive print knowledge
* Confident communicator
* Strong MS Office skills are essential
* Excellent customer service skills
