The Role of the Territory Manager
* The main focus of the role as the new Territory Sales Manager is to sell the portfolio of Enteral Feeding products, including feeding tubes, syringes, and accessories.
* Split of responsibilities: 50% new business, 50% existing business (with plans for new product releases this year).
* Responsible for selling to dieticians, clinicians, neonatal units, gastroenterologists, and procurement departments.
* Involves working alongside clinicians, providing training and development.
* Coverage area includes Shropshire, Herefordshire, Worcestershire, West Midlands, Birmingham, Warwickshire, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire, and Buckinghamshire.
Benefits of the Territory Manager
* Salary: £40,000-£44,000 (DOE) + £22,000 OTE (uncapped).
* Car allowance, phone, laptop, pension, healthcare, 25 days annual leave.
The Ideal Person for the Territory Manager
* Experience with Enteral clinical or sales experience is preferred.
* Alternatively, a background as a commercial medical devices expert dealing with procurement within the NHS for at least 3 years.
* Having contacts within the patch area and with procurement is highly advantageous.
* Must be consultative, amiable, and professional.
