About the Role:

As an inclusive, forward-thinking business, we take pride in our approach to investing in our HRSS across Avara Foods and are looking for a highly competent and motivated HR Service Administrator to join our HRSS Team, based at our Brackley site.
The role is office-based, but there may be a requirement for you to go within the factory environment.
Working hours are Monday – Friday 08:30 – 17.00.
What will you be doing as a HR Service Administrator at Avara?
As a HR Service Administrator, you will provide a comprehensive administrative and support service to the Site HR functions and act as the first point of contact for all Shared Service queries.
What will your key responsibilities as HR Service Administrator include?
* Data entry tasks relating to the maintenance of employee records.
* Provision of employee communications and data management associated with payroll and benefits.
* Create contracts & new starter packs and general letters.
* Sending reference requests and creation of letters.
* Adhering to strict service level agreements.
What you’ll need to be successful:
* IT literate.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels and work effectively within a team.
* Experience of working within a manufacturing or fast-paced organization in an administrative or Payroll role.
* Knowledge of computerized HR Systems (desirable).
* Knowledge of Time and Attendance Systems (desirable).
* Knowledge of Payroll Systems (desirable).
It is essential that you have previous experience in a fast-paced administrative role and be highly PC literate in Microsoft Packages such as Word, Excel, and Visio, including mail merges, table creation, and basic formatting.
Skills and Abilities:
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels and work effectively within a team.
* A relentless drive to improve performance and deliver outstanding results through new, innovative, and more effective ways of working.
* Up-to-date experience and confidence in the usage of Microsoft Office and HR packages.
* Methodical with attention to detail whilst working at pace.
* Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external contacts.
* Ability to work under own initiative.
* Ability to handle conflict/confrontation effectively.
* Time Management with an ability to identify and focus on priorities in a varied role.
