What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll take ownership of the night warehouse function, leading your team to meet and exceed KPIs while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency:
Lead Performance: Manage productivity, cost control, and performance against key operational KPIs.
Team Leadership: Develop and motivate Team Managers and their teams, ensuring high levels of engagement and performance.
Resource Planning: Ensure the night shift is always properly resourced, balancing daily operational needs with long-term plans.
Drive Standards: Maintain customer satisfaction, quality, and safety standards across all functions of the warehouse.
Continuous Improvement: Implement new ideas, optimise processes, and ensure the warehouse runs like a well-oiled machine.
Engage & Collaborate: Create a culture of engagement, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive results.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
Proven experience managing warehouse operations at a leadership level, preferably within a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of KPI management, resource planning, and people development.
A passion for leading teams, improving processes, and delivering results.
Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
A customer-first mindset, with a proactive approach to maintaining quality and safety standards
