Here at Howells, we are working with a leading Social Housing contractor seeking a skilled carpenter to join their team in the South End On Sea area, focusing on repairs and maintenance for both void and occupied properties.
In the Social Housing sector, you will have the exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge by tackling a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks. Your primary duties will include various carpentry repairs in properties.
You will be working for a modern, forward-thinking business that believes in the strengths, skills, and personalities of its people as key to the company's success.
This is a full-time, temp to permanent role with a 40-hour working week. You will receive a competitive salary of £18 - £20 per hour, along with work-based incentives, holidays, and pension contributions. A company van and fuel card will be supplied.
