We are recruiting multiple full-time Customer Service Representatives.
We have maternity (part-time, 10hrs per week) and full-time customer service roles available within the administration department.
General Duties for Customer Service Representative:
* Receiving inbound calls
* Resolving queries and complaints
* Excel skills
* Office skills
* Word skills
* Credit and invoicing experience (advantageous)
* Purchasing experience (advantageous)
* Experience with invoices & quotes (advantageous)
* Updating database
Pay and Hours for a Customer Service Representative:
* £11.50 to £12.78
* Overtime at time and half
* 08:30 to 17:00, 1 hour lunch
* Monday to Friday
* 37.5 hours per week
* 33 days holiday per year
Located in St Ives, Cambridgeshire, this full-time role is a fantastic opportunity to gain insights into the behind-the-scenes of their top products.
As part of our close-knit team, you'll be the friendly face behind all things golf-related, providing support to their trade partners with order processing, tackling their queries, and problem-solving.
You will be focused, have the ability to cope under pressure, ensure all work is completed in a timely and accurate manner, and help drive continuous improvement.
