Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the manufacturing and servicing sectors. Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to create compelling sales materials. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients. Track, analyse, and report on sales performance and market developments. Candidate Requirements: Proven track record in business development, sales, or lead generation, preferably in manufacturing or servicing industries. Strong understanding of the Midlands market and key industry players. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the region.
