We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Manager to join a growing and thriving property business based in Scarborough.
You will be accountable for achieving income and expenditure goals for the business by executing live events and providing exceptional client service.
Leading the team effectively, you will assist them in reaching their goals and objectives, and fostering strong working relationships with affiliate partners, referral partners, as well as the sales and marketing team.
Some of the Customer Service Manager responsibilities will be:
1. Oversee and assist the events team to ensure they effectively plan, organise, and execute exceptional client events, providing outstanding service and a seamless experience for all attendees.
2. Ensure the team is well-prepared, whether that involves providing support, establishing a clear structure, gathering client feedback, or implementing necessary improvements.
3. Collect feedback on customer satisfaction and events, and use this information to make changes that enhance client satisfaction.
4. Continually work to improve client service delivery to achieve a high Net Promoter Score (NPS).
5. Play a key role in boosting event conversion rates by ensuring events are delivered successfully and efficiently.
6. Lead and support the Client Services team in providing top-notch service, constantly striving to enhance value for clients.
7. Manage and support the Outsourced team, including event crew members and virtual assistants, treating them as essential team members and ensuring they work effectively on projects, meeting high standards within agreed timelines.
8. Regularly evaluate performance to ensure that the contributions of all teams remain valuable and aligned with our goals.
This will be working full time Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, earning a salary between £35,000-£40,000 depending on experience.
