Role Purpose
The role involves supporting the Project Chief Engineers Office and Engineering Head of Functions, assisting with operational management to meet objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist Project Chief Engineers and Engineering Project Leaders in managing their organization to achieve goals.
2. Help managers meet commitments regarding delivery, costs, and quality.
3. Proficient in management tools and overseeing their use.
4. Report irregularities in programme and project management systems.
5. Make recommendations for process improvements and best practices deployment.

Candidate Requirements
* Project management experience or qualification, including planning, scheduling, technical, financial, and risk management.
* Experience managing risks and opportunities for projects and PMO.
* Focus on Project Data Analysis.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Experience in data management, analysis, and report/presentation preparation.
