Our client operates highly regarded nursing homes across the North, and is looking for a manager to run their flagship home in the Northeast, the home has a 'Good' CQC and a very solid staffing group.
As a Home Manager, you will:
* Work with multi-disciplinary teams, family members, local authorities, and regulatory bodies.
* Have overall responsibility for high-quality service delivery and promoting a positive culture.
* manage the staff team to promote choice and independence.
* Meet targets set out in the Quality Strategy for the best quality support and care.

To be successful as a Home Manager, you should have:
* Experience working to CQC guidelines, relevant legislation, and professional regulations.
* Experienced care home manager and evidence of good CQC inspections
* Qualifications in Leadership & Management.
* A Nurse Qualification with valid pin RNLD, RMN, or RGN.
