Saepio is an Information Security Solutions Provider that work with UK based corporate customers with between 100-10,000 users. We help them to protect their employees, data, users, applications, and systems from being the victims of cyber-attack.
Location: Saepio HQ, High Wycombe, Bucks (Hybrid role - 3 days in office/2 at home)
Salary: £28k - £32k – In addition, Saepio will fund accountancy qualification (CIMA/ACCA)
Hours: Full Time - (Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm)

As an Assistant Management Accountant at Saepio, you will…
Accounts Receivable and Payable:
* Conduct credit analysis on new customers
* Prepare and send customer invoices
* Facilitate payment of customer invoices by sending bill reminders and working with our sales team to ensure timely payment of invoices
* Take ownership and manage the status of outstanding customer invoices, including reporting back to FC
* Verify discrepancies, resolve client billing issues, ensure all customer communications are sent in a timely manner, responses documented and filed
* Process vendor bills according to purchase orders terms
* Manage vendor accounts payable terms and relationships
General Accounting:
* Assist with preparation of monthly management accounts and balance sheet reconciliation
* Assist with general ledger entries & account analysis
* Ad-hoc accounting tasks as needed
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for an organised and personable individual with:
• University Degree
• Commitment to CIMA/ACCA qualification
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently + as part of a team
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Ambition to develop a successful career in finance
Preferred but not required:
• Part qualified accountant
• One-to-three years’ experience in accounting
• Knowledge around basic accounting functionality
• Knowledge of accounting systems (Xero)
• Knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, SUMIF)
