To provide a comprehensive and flexible council wide business support service to internal and external customers of Nottingham City Council, enabling consistency of service delivery across the council in particular supporting the core business of the College Street Centre and the Sport and Outdoor Learning and Adventure Service (SOLA), providing administrative and clerical support to assist in their effective operation.
* A good knowledge of administrative practices and procedures.
* Experience of liaising with colleagues and professionals across a range of service areas.
* Experience in the use of database systems and software packages.
* Experience of finance related matters, invoicing and reporting.
* Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing with a variety of people.
