We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in care homes, ensuring their safety and well-being. You will play a vital part in supporting residents to maintain their independence while following personalised care plans. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care.
Responsibilities
* Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
* Implement and follow care plans tailored to individual needs, ensuring that all aspects of care are delivered effectively.
* Maintain accurate records of care provided and any observations made during visits.
* Support residents in social activities and encourage participation in community events to enhance their quality of life.

Qualifications
* Previous experience in a care assistant role or similar position (6 months minimum).
* Understanding of care plans and the ability to implement them effectively.
* Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
* A valid driving licence is preferred for roles requiring travel between locations.
