Sales Operations Administrator – Salary circa £23900

A bit about the job:
This role is based in the Health Quotes, Agency, and Commissions team, with the opportunity to gain experience in other areas of Health Sales Operations. It involves running a variety of queries from internal and external customers, communicating with stakeholders across different business areas, and responding to broker inquiries. The position requires strong customer service skills, ownership of tasks, and the ability to challenge and improve current processes. We deal with demand which could include anything from setting up new agency codes to sending out a customer quotation. Your role is vital to ensure our customers, whether they be individuals or small companies, will have a positive experience!

* An agile approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced service environment
* A strong desire to learn all the different systems used within the area
* Excellent customer service skills, both verbal and written
What you’ll get for this role:
* Starting salary circa £23900 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
* Bonus opportunity – 6% of annual salary (actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s)
