Salary: £38,351 plus a location allowance of £1,750 and excellent benefits
Location: Based in Hanslope Park, Milton Keynes
Transportation: Free shuttle bus available between central Milton Keynes and Hanslope Park

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop and deliver bespoke products for our global customers.
2. Deliver highly effective, day-to-day workshop operations.
3. Produce packing crates for equipment through to high-quality joinery.
4. Liaise with stakeholders, ordering materials and equipment.
5. Design, manufacture, and oversee cost recovery of high-quality bespoke products.
6. Carry out planned and preventative maintenance of workshop machinery.
7. Deliver operational Health and Safety in the workshop.
8. Use traditional woodworking techniques and develop skills with CNC router technology.
9. Contribute to research and development of potential future products and processes.
Qualifications:
1. Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience in carpentry and joinery.
2. Comprehensive understanding of workshop Health and Safety.
3. Experience in the safe use, operation, and basic maintenance of workshop machinery.
4. Hands-on knowledge of spindle moulders, planers, thicknessers, tenoners, table saws, crosscuts, wall saws, and other workshop equipment.
5. Ability to interpret professional and technical documents.
6. Prepared to onboard new skills in the use of specialist software systems and tools.
7. Experience as a First Aider or Fire Warden is desirable.
8. Ability to supervise and deliver training to colleagues.
