Job summary An opportunity has arisen to recruit an experienced medical receptionist within Cwm Gwyrdd Medical Centre in Gilfach Goch. The role is a permanent post for 16 hours per week Starting from Monday 16th December 2024. Working hours will be: Monday 1.30pm - 6.30pm Tuesday OFF Wednesday 1.30pm - 6.30pm Thursday OFF Friday 8.00am - 2.00pm The ideal candidate should have experience as a receptionist within the medical sector and familiarity with Vision is preferable but not essential. Main duties of the job Managing patient databases. Greeting and dealing with patients. Booking appointments and diary management. Managing telephone switchboards. Read coding.
