Job Description
3. Managing the end-to-end payroll process for the company
4. Ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries
5. Maintaining comprehensive payroll records
6. Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering employee queries
7. Providing reports on payroll expenses
8. Assisting with financial audits related to payroll
9. Keeping up-to-date with current payroll tax requirements
10. Contributing to the continuous improvement of payroll processes
The Successful Applicant
A successful Payroll Administrator should have:
11. A strong understanding of payroll systems
12. Excellent numerical and analytical skills
13. High attention to detail
14. Good communication and problem-solving skills
15. A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
