Role Responsibilities:
1. Managing all aspects of the contracts from the tender stage to completion.
2. Monitoring site activity; organising site workers, collating risk assessments, and conducting health and safety checks.
3. Liaising with clients and providing project reports.
4. Attending pre-contract and progress meetings with clients.
5. Procuring required materials to ensure smooth project completion.
6. Overseeing project designs and making necessary amendments.
7. Maintaining knowledge of current contracts, acts, and legislation.
8. Documenting all contract-related correspondence electronically, identifying and recording progress and problems.
9. Managing projects ranging in value from £500k to £3m.
Ideal Applicant Qualifications:
1. Experience as a Contracts Manager within the commercial cladding market, with knowledge of rainscreen systems.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Sound knowledge of current building and fire regulations.
4. IT literate (Microsoft Office).
5. Full UK driving license.
6. Confident and articulate.
7. Ability to plan and organise deliverables.
