In total the site cater to around 650 patients, many of who have long term conditions and polypharmacy needs, because of this the role would suit a GP who enjoys supporting with end to end care. Within this role you will be working closely with an experienced multi disciplinary team which includes 2 other GP's, the role is split into morning and afternoon sessions across the 2 sites which sit around half a mile from each other. Provide clinical assessment and diagnosis to patients requirements and make timely decisions regarding future management.
