Position: Cleaning Assistant - Riverside area
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Facilities Management. The post will involve 15 hours per week of professional cleaning service on a 39-week term time basis between the hours of 3pm - 6pm, paid at Stirling Council Grade 1. Applicants should be capable of lifting heavy items and using cleaning machinery including electric buffing machines, scrubber dryers, and vacuum cleaners. Candidates must be able to clean surfaces to head height and be prepared to work alone. Personal protective equipment, tools, and training will be provided. Applicants will also require a basic working knowledge of IT and be willing to undertake training to utilize Stirling Council online training and human resources IT applications.
The successful candidate will be required to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme (PVG) for Children. If your application is progressed after the interview, you will be asked to complete the form and have your details verified.
