Job Title: Senior Reward Advisor

About the Role
Key Responsibilities
1. Reward Strategy & Planning
* Collaborate with the Head of Reward to design and execute a competitive reward strategy aligned with business objectives.
* Lead market research and benchmarking exercises to ensure our compensation offerings are competitive in the market.
* Evaluate and develop reward schemes, including base pay, variable pay, and long-term incentives.
1. Compensation & Benefits
* Conduct regular salary reviews and advise on salary adjustments in line with market data, organizational performance, and business needs.
* Oversee annual salary review and bonus processes, ensuring accuracy, equity, and alignment with policy.
* Manage and refine the company's benefits programs, ensuring they align with employee needs and the overall reward strategy.
1. Executive Compensation & Incentives
* Provide expertise in executive compensation practices, working closely with HR, legal, and finance to design incentive programs.
* Support the development of long-term incentive plans (LTIPs) for senior leadership, including share plans and performance metrics.
* Stay informed on market trends and regulatory changes affecting executive pay.
1. Data Analysis & Reporting
* Analyze compensation data and trends, providing insights to guide decision-making at the senior management level.
* Prepare reports and present findings to HR, leadership, and board committees as needed.
* Monitor and ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements (e.g., Gender Pay Gap reporting, pay ratio disclosures).
1. Reward Policy & Governance
* Develop and update reward policies and procedures in line with best practices, industry benchmarks, and legal requirements.
* Ensure all reward programs are designed and administered in compliance with regulatory standards.
* Act as the primary point of contact for reward-related queries, providing guidance to HR business partners and managers.
1. Employee Engagement & Communication
* Support internal communication and education initiatives related to reward and recognition programs.
* Work with internal communications to ensure employees understand reward programs and how they support the company’s values and goals.
* Collaborate on employee engagement surveys and other tools to evaluate the effectiveness of reward programs.
