The Role: As a Duty Manager you’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the facility and ensuring the effective delivery of a first-class customer experience to all those who visit. Our ideal candidate The ideal person will have: Strong and clear communication skills Ability to stay calm and composed in fast paced, busy environments A keen eye for health and safety. What does the role involve? A hands-on role that requires you to: Ensure a first-class customer experience is delivered to all visitors; effectively handling customer queries, feedback and complaints. Be proactive in ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the facilities and equipment; identifying and responding to situations as they arise and escalating issues as required. Ensuring pool procedures, whilst monitoring bather load in our swimming pool. With direction from the General Manager implement opportunities for improvement. If qualified, carry out gym classes and programmes.
