An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Wigan Homebased Treatment Team.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced administrator who enjoys working as part of a team and can demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality administration support in an efficient and timely manner.
The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, IT competency in Word, Excel, and Outlook, and a broad range of administrative experience. You will be part of a team of administrators providing admin cover to our service users, clinicians, and other health professionals.
If you have a flexible approach and the ability to adapt to changing priorities, this will be an excellent opportunity to develop your skills.
Responsibilities
1. Provide comprehensive and confidential administrative support to the Wigan Homebased Treatment Team.
2. Assist managers with administrative functions.
3. Take minutes of meetings and type letters.
4. Manage filing and diaries.
5. Perform other general administrative duties as required.
