Mon 9.15 am – 4.00 pm, Tues-Friday 9.15 am to 3.30 pm Actual Pay: £15,909-£16,447 (£23,500-£24,294 FTE) Also required: Meal Time Assistants Grade B, 1.5 hours per day 11.45 am -1.15 pm Mon- Fri Approximately £12 per hour term time (Job description available on request) We have an exciting opportunity for Teaching Assistants and Meal Time Assistants to join Cann Bridge, a special school for learners aged 4-19 with severe learning difficulties. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting learners with special educational needs, both inside & outside the classroom. Your responsibilities will include implementing individual education plans (IEPs) & personalised learning strategies, collaborating with teachers & professionals, assisting with personal care tasks & helping learners develop social & emotional skills. An appropriate Level 2 qualification is desirable, we also welcome candidates who are willing to work towards this qualification within their probationary period.
