We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join a dynamic team at the Bolton location.

Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately manage and process warranty claims for products and services.
* Ensure compliance with warranty policies and manufacturer guidelines.
* Liaise with customers and manufacturers regarding claim status, approvals, and denials.
* Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all warranty claims.
* Provide administrative support to the service team and assist in resolving warranty issues.
* Ensure timely and efficient handling of all warranty paperwork.
Skills and Experience Required:
* Previous experience in warranty administration or a related field is highly desirable.
* Excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office) and ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
