Due to this, we’re looking to add two experienced and capable Purchase Ledger Controllers, we’re not just looking for someone capable but Business Partners who will support their stakeholders. One of these positions will support NEO Property Solutions a business within our Fire Protection division based in Leeds and as such will require you to initially work across the two locations. Our Castleford office offers easy access via the M62 and has good train links, we're right next door to the Xscape with plenty of options for dinner and a bit of retail therapy on your lunch. When travelling to our Leeds location it's a 15 / 20 min drive away and has easy access via M1 & M621. This is where you come in… You will be joining a growing team, currently 11 strong made up of Ledger Controllers, Accounts Assistants and Credit Card Controllers, all working 4 days a week in the office and 1 day from home. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing the purchase ledger, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers. Key Responsibilities: Process supplier invoices and credit notes efficiently. Reconcile supplier statements and address discrepancies promptly. Prepare and process payment runs in accordance with company policies. Maintain accurate records of all transactions. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoice queries. Assist in month-end closing activities related to the purchase ledger. Processing Agency and Labour only invoices and payments Reconciling CIS submissions Qualifications and Skills: Previous experience in a purchase ledger or similar finance role. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Effective communication skills for liaising with suppliers and internal teams. Previous experience of CIS policies would be advantageous Why Join Neo Property Solutions?
