Talent Acquisition Partner – Permanent – £60,000 to £65,000 plus benefits We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join a leading company based near Banbury. This is predominantly an onsite based position, supporting both corporate hires as well as technical ops roles. What you will be doing: Manage recruitment end to end for the company, from taking initial briefs from line managers, to sourcing candidates, through to onboarding Proactively source candidates utilising tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and CV databases Partner with stakeholder to understand future requirements to pipeline & capacity plan Ensure internal policies are adhered to, as well as external regulations such as GDPR What they are looking for: Excellent sourcing skills, ideally gained in both an in-house & agency environment (in-house experience is essential) Experience recruiting roles in areas such as Engineering, Production, IT, Finance, Supply Chain etc Well versed in using LinkedIn Recruiter A highly driven & self-motivated individual
