Your new role
We have an excellent opportunity to join the L&D team within HR! We are recruiting for a Learning and Development Supplier Manager on a 12-month secondment basis, based in Birmingham!
As part of your role, you will be responsible for managing external L&D supplier contracts against financial, delivery and service criteria, supplier management to ensure effective delivery and adherence to required standards and work with suppliers to deliver all learning interventions against imperatives, values and behaviours and a curriculum of Capability requirements
What you'll be leading on
1. Manage a portfolio of external L&D suppliers, ensuring adherence to contract requirements including financial, quality and service delivery.
2. Internal and external stakeholder management, building strong working partnerships to ensure continuous improvement and delivery.
3. Partner with C&P stakeholders and Category Managers to ensure contract compliance with NH policies and procedures.
4. Budget management for all L&D activity.
5. Manage and oversee L&D suppliers on a regular basis, completing regular supplier contract assessments as required.
6. Ensure all supplier and contract documentation is up to date.
To be successful you’ll need
7. Previous experience working within an L&D environment, managing suppliers to contract work specifications, SLA’a and Quality Assuranc criteria.
8. Considerable supplier management experience.
9. Strong understanding of service level standards and requirements.
10. Working professional L&D experience.
11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
