Job Title: Employee Relations Transformation Lead
Salary: up to £100,000+ (some flex.) + car allowance + Benefits
Location: Reading (2 days a week on site)
Can be a 4 day working week role
We are looking for an experienced professional to lead an Employee Relations Change Programme. This involves leading multiple business change consultation programmes, applying technical expertise with both a legal and commercial focus. You will provide subject matter expert (SME) advice and coaching to managers and leaders across the business, up to and including Exec Level.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing strategic direction, defining the approach, risk assessing, and offering options for business consultation.
* Developing and monitoring procedures within the organisation.
* Managing relationships with key internal customers and acting as their business partner.
* Leading and managing the Employee Relations (ER) team and consultation programme requirements.
* Implementing the ER team's development and capability, while informally coaching others.
* Identifying and driving continuous improvement in existing processes, systems, and procedures.
Key Requirements:
* Comprehensive technical knowledge and skills in Employee Relations specific to business change (collective/individual consultation for redundancy, TUPE, and changing T&Cs) & employment law.
* Experience in leading and directing people and resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes.
* CIPD qualified.
* Experience in designing and delivering consultation programmes as a result of a merger.
