Main Responsibilities: - Ensure daily contact with numerous customers from research organizations, start-up companies, and public institutions. - Assist customers in selecting the right products to meet their current and future needs. - Guide customers through our organization and processes to ensure they receive the best support and achieve their goals. - Provide technical advice to customers proactively and educate them about our products and services. - Create potential business leads and roll out sales action plans to project and measure business progress. - Engage in project work within the business units of the Bioproduction Group. - Conduct market intelligence research and analyze competitor situations. - Report on project findings, present proposed strategies for attaining project goals, and develop plans for progressing to the qualification of business opportunities identified through the projects. Qualifications: - Student currently enrolled in classes leading to an accredited Bachelor's degree science or life science field - Students requiring to complete an internship - Strong desire and motivation to develop a career in Marketing or Sales - Strong leadership and team building skills - Ability to work independently and as a member of a cross-functional team - Ability to learn, be mentored, and improve - Outstanding customer focus - Previous industrial experience is helpful - Experience with Salesforce.com CRM and the Microsoft PowerBI system is preferred - Accuracy and attention to detail is required in performing all functions of this position. - Excellent written and oral communications skills are required. - To qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the UK, and should not require, now or in the future, sponsorship for employment visa status Benefits We offer internship remuneration based on level and type of the assignment.
