About the role
* This is a full-time role, however flexibility in this will be considered.

What you'll do
* Working with the Property team, Head of property and Property Director in delivering business plan objectives.
* Manage the outstanding and forthcoming lease renewals and rent reviews to ensure best value for the business.
* Work with and manage our externally appointed surveyors and professional consultants in concluding numerous legal transactions and agreements.
* Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure we maintain a good working relationship.
* Responsibility for creating, implementing and managing the incoming property management queries received from our Maintenance Team.
* Support the delivery of the refit programme to ensure our estate is maintained and improved in line with business plan.
About you
You will fit right into this role if you:
* Have a Degree or Masters in Estate Management or similar.
* Are RICS Qualified.
* Have post qualification experience in a similar role.
* Are experienced in Landlord and Tenant, property/asset management.
* Have a Full Clean Driving Licence.
* Must be prepared to travel throughout the UK.
* Can multi-task and work with multiple priorities at pace, delivering results within tight timescales.
* Have advanced IT skills including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
* Are self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and using own initiative.
