We have been retained by a key client of ours in the fenestration sector to source and secure a Regional Sales Manager for their North East region. Our client is a growing company, in the aluminium fabrication space, they are now looking to expand their RSM team. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for: Growing the region, through a technical, solutions-based sales style Expand the customer network through current and new products being introduced to the market Delivering on the growth strategy with key focus placed on new business Ensuring a consultative sale Focusing on installers, fitters, housebuilders and merchants Experienced in selling a fenestration or construction-based product to installers, manufacturers or merchants. You will be well versed in technical sales, rather than off the shelf selling. Our client is looking for someone who will focus on a solutions led sales approach. You will be an excellent communicator and will be organised and structured in your approach. This role requires a hunter mentality. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well established yet expanding organisation. You will be rewarded with a basic salary of up to £55,000 as well as car and bonus. OTE is typically £85,000
