We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our supportive and dynamic team in Torbay. Key Responsibilities : Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs, ensuring their individual learning goals are met. Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Assist with classroom activities, including preparing materials and providing one-on-one or small group support. Monitor and report on student progress, working closely with SEN coordinators and parents. Requirements : Previous experience working with children with special educational needs is essential. A compassionate and patient approach, with excellent communication skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to the changing needs of students.
