* Develop and execute a strategy for global product defence.
* Create and manage large-scale product safety testing programs.
* Ensure timely product registration with chemical safety frameworks.
* Lead the company as registrant for REACH.
* Manage access to chemical databases and scientific testing programs.
* Represent the company in external regulatory organisations.
* Stay up-to-date on global developments in chemicals regulation.
* Provide guidance and direction to leadership teams on product regulatory and safety issues.
* Grow and develop the Regulatory / Product Stewardship team.
An experienced industry leader with knowledge of chemical regulation and legislation is required. The ideal candidate will have a technical or regulatory background and specific knowledge of global chemical regulations.
