Job Description:
* Build and maintain relationships with customers to facilitate sales and increase profitability.
* Encourage repeat purchases and brand loyalty by adding value to transactions and providing suitable solutions alongside excellent customer service.
* Respond to questions and queries from customers and internal teams via telephone, email, video calls, and face-to-face interactions.
* Prepare quotations and liaise with external, technical, and commercial teams as required.
* Conduct proactive follow-up calls on quotations.
* Negotiate with customers to secure orders.
* Coordinate with other departments before and after sales, including finance, operations, technical, and design teams.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience in processing orders or producing quotes in the building/construction industry is advantageous but not essential.
* GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English grades A-C.
* Enthusiastic, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently.
* Methodical, organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Dynamics CRM.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to handle multiple issues simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Desirable Skills and Attributes:
* Experience working in a construction or manufacturing environment.
* Proven track record in account management and converting quotes into orders.
