Lighthouse Hotel Management are now recruiting for the brand new and exciting role of Head of Marketing. Reporting to the Commercial Director.Based remotelywith easy access to national and international travel routes.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to tailored to the hotels target markets, including leisure, corporate and group segments.
2. Create marketing strategies from scratch for new openings taking into consideration the requirements of the brand and that of the hotel.
3. Conduct market research to identify trends, target audience preferences, and competitive positioning.
4. Examine customer feedback and behaviour analysis.
5. Set and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with business goals.
6. Understand the industry trends and how they impact the guest.
7. Work with the international brands and ensure all mandates are followed and interpreted within the hotels marketing activities.
8. Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistency across all channels.
9. Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure uniformity in marketing materials.
10. Write copy and ensure brand guidelines are displayed throughout all communications.
