An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Stratford has arisen!
CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for x1 Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial office blue chip contract located in Stratford. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in mechanical building maintenance.

Responsibilities
1. Lighting
o Small installation
o Fault-finding
o Lamping
o Changing ballast's
o Control panel
o Power distribution
2. Emergency lighting & Fire Alarm Tests
3. Presurisation Units
4. HVAC plant
5. Plant room maintenance
6. Air Conditioning -
o Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
7. Chillers - Re-set Pumps, Motors
8. Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
9. Plumbing -
o Unblocking toilets
o Changing taps, seals etc
10. BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
11. UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings
12. General building fabric
13. Escort sub contractors
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday (40 hour week / Overtime available at weekends)
08.00am to 17.00pm

1. Basic Salary up to £48,000

Requirements
1. Mechanically Qualified - You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
2. City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 & 3
3. A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance
4. Excellent customer service skills
5. Honest, hard working and reliable
