About The Role
Reporting into the Credit Risk Manager, this role will provide accurate and effective administration support to the Star Pubs Credit Control team. Responsibilities include managing email mailboxes, producing reports, cash allocation, and customer reconciliations. This role supports the Credit Control team in meeting SLAs and delivering an efficient Credit Control service to customers.
Who We're Looking For
This role isn't customer-facing, but you'll be required to provide excellent service to our internal teams, so great communication skills are key! Ideally, you’ll have some administration experience and be comfortable with Excel.

* Good communication skills - able to explain what you need and ask questions when you don’t understand something.

Our Ways of Working
This role is office-based, and we currently operate a hybrid working framework which allows us to capture the benefits of both working in the office and at home. For full-time roles, we work a minimum of 3 days in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) with Monday and Friday being our work-from-home days.
