What to Expect :
Reporting to the Store Manager or assigned delegate manager, this position is primarily focused on providing enhanced customer service through presence and engagement. As a support function, this position proactively identifies and reports potential risks to store leadership and/or Asset Protection teams, and creates a safer environment through customer service and de-escalation techniques. This role also supports the day-to-day store operations and sales business, with a dotted line to the Asset Protection department for the purpose of communication only.
What you will do :
1. Acknowledge and greet customers, directing to specific departments within the store and provide GREAT customer service.
2. Actively support your store’s Sales, Operations and Asset Protection teams through customer service observations and interactions.
3. Report suspected incidents of potential shoplifting to the Asset Protection and/or store leadership teams for action.
4. Actively support the company's Health and Safety, Critical Incident Response and de-escalation programs.
What you will bring to the team :
A background in customer service.
A proactive and outgoing personality, comfortable engaging with all customers and providing exceptional customer service.
Pay : $17.40 - Starting wage may vary based on local Collective Bargaining Agreement where applicable.
